Today’s quote comes straight out of the 1700′s from French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau. See if you agree:

And you don’t have to be a strongman in the sideshow to understand the meaning. We can always do our best to make whatever body in whatever condition we were given…as strong as it can be. And hope that our brain will get with the program! lol
Maybe your mom forbid you to use the word “hate” when you were little. I know mine did. And she had a very good reason for doing so. Words can sometimes become acts, so try to remember what William Alger has to say about them as you go about your day:

It’s a small thing to ask on a Friday…perhaps a tad harder on a Monday, but always something to strive for no matter what day of the week it happens to be….
