We have come to the end of Daylight Saving Time for another year. Darkness will fall much earlier on our seas and our mountains and our city streets.
All of this thinking about things dark and light reminded me of one of my favorite quotes from the great Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
Today, drive out some hate with pure, powerful love. We’ll all be the better for it. 
They say April is the cruelest month. Some poet write that. But what about November? How ’bout we make it the kindest month?
